Multi-port stainless steel needle valve
Description
This compact and economical mini series nipple needle valve is manufactured to the highest standards. Designed with low torque, it is lightweight and easy to operate. The pressure reaches 6,000 psi (414 bar). Its high-precision metal cover and body are sealed, making it suitable for high-pressure operation.
Design features
① Compactness and lightness;
Sealing ring + PTFE sealing device, absolutely no leakage during valve stem operation;
Sealing under the thread can prevent the thread from being corroded by the liquid medium;
④ Two flow ports with the correct flow direction;
⑤ Working temperature: -15 to 170℃;
⑥ The inlet seal is installed according to the standard;
The firmware can be flexibly replaced to extend its service life .;
The raw materials of all the main parts can be tracked.
⑨100% passed static pressure test;
⑩ The upper seat is designed to extend the life of the gasket;
All construction materials comply with the requirements of the latest version of NACE MR-01-75.
